Our remanufacturing process produces a like-new round at affordable prices. Our custom loading machines assure S.A.A.M.I specifications for primer depth, powder charge, bullet seating depth and overall cartridge length. We use brass that has been inspected thoroughly for defects. The brass has been washed and polished to look factory new. We only use high quality components and the cleanest burning propellants available.
The only difference between factory new and remanufactured ammunition is the brass case.
We source our brass from indoor ranges that require factory new ammo. For this reason, we can say that our brass is certified once fired. The projectile, powder and primer are new and assures high quality factory ammo performance.

Here are the wholesale guidelines:
a. All Wholesale accounts must be approved before you receive a wholesale account.
b. There is a minimum quantity order of 10,000 rounds to qualify. We sale 10,000 & 25,000 increments. c. You can choose your own custom color on all wholesale orders. Some custom colors will not be available
d. We will require the store to submit a pantone color number for the color of choice if the color of choice is outside our 5 standard colors.
e. We offer free shipping. All orders ship within 48 hours.
6. Do you offer custom bullet colors? YES
All orders of 10,000 rounds are more qualify for custom colors. We will require you to submit a pantone color number. Please note, some colors may not be available due to complications of developing the color. You will be notified if we can’t produce the color requested. All custom orders can take up to 30 days to ship out. There are no refunds given on custom colors. All orders are final. There is a custom color note box at checkout on all orders of 10,000 rounds or more.
7. Can you buy ammunition online? YES..but
Neither state nor federal law prohibits online ammunition sales or purchases. Since 1986, it has been legal in 46 states to purchase ammunition by mail order/online without any risk to public safety. Some states prohibit these transactions but there is no evidence that their bans have reduced crime.
To Purchase Ammunition Online: Federal law requires that you must be at 18 years old to buy long gun (shot gun or rifle) ammunition and at least age 21 to buy handgun (pistol or revolver) ammunition.
8. Federal Magazine and Ammunition Shipping Restrictions
18 USC § 922
(g) It shall be unlawful for any person—
(1) who has been convicted in any court of, a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year;

(B) restrains such person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner of such person or child of such intimate partner or person, or engaging in other conduct that would place an intimate partner in reasonable fear of bodily injury to the partner or child; and

(n) It shall be unlawful for any person who is under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year to ship or transport in interstate or foreign commerce any firearm or ammunition or receive any firearm or ammunition which has been shipped or transported in interstate or foreign commerce.

We cannot ship Ammunition to PO boxes, a Street Address is required.

Due to State Gun Laws:
We cannot ship to Alaska, Chicago, Guam, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, Oakland, San Francisco, Sacramento, Los Angeles, Napa, Puerto Rico, Washington, D.C. There are new laws being passed all the time, so we advise checking your local laws to make sure it is legal for ammo to be shipped to your address.
All Illinois, New Jersey, New York state, or Connecticut, Marin County California, customers must have proper firearms identification and provide documentation via email/fax before their order can be shipped.

10) Shipping Info
Orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. All orders ship out our warehouse within 2 or 3 business days from purchase. Tracking numbers will be provided on all orders. The tracking numbers will be sent out when the order ships. Our system automatically send out email confirmations with an order ID/number & tracking number. The order information is updated under “My Account”. You can also click the “track order” button under “My Account” to check on the shipping status.
Please look for the “in stock” & “out of stock” tag on our products. On rare occasions, some items may be out of stock.
Our Ammo is inspected thoroughly before packaging. We pack in 50 round boxes.
13. Do you have to have a license to sell ammo?
Federal law also requires anyone engaged in the business of importing, manufacturing or selling firearms to obtain a license. Federal law does not require a license to sell, purchase, or possess ammunition. Bulkammostore.com is an authorize distributor for Shooters Ammunition made by Shooters Precision Products, LLC. Shooters Precision Products, LLC has a FFL issued by the USA Government.

15. Do you offer refunds?
*Due to ATF regulations, once ammunition leaves our facility we are unable to accept a return.
We accept returns on damaged or defective product. Product must be returned within 14 days of your order date. All returns must be approved. There will be no refunds issued for any returns that are received at our warehouse with an authorized return number issued by bulkammostore.com.
*Picture verification & a valid explanation is required for all return authorizations. If your Return Request is approved, you are responsible for properly packing and securing your return order to protect it from damage incurred in transit back to our warehouse. All returned product is examined upon arrival and check-in at our warehouse. A full refund will be granted once we inspect the product. If there is additional damage that was not initially reported, your refund will not be granted. We will grant all refunds matching the initial report.
16. How do I request a refund and/or return the product?

We will review your request. We may ask additional questions about the return authorization. Once your return authorization has been approved, we will email you instructions on where and how to send the product back to our warehouse.
17. Arrived Damaged Product
We would like to apologize for this inconvenience. Carriers (Fedex & UPS) strive to give the best service, but no one is perfect. Carriers aren’t as gentle as they should be with your packages. Packages sometime arrives damaged. Please contact us immediately if the carrier damaged the function of the product. We will accept returns within 14 days of your order date. We will not accept returns on superficial damage. There must be damage to the functionality of the ammo.
18. How long does a refund take to appear on my credit card?
The exact length of time will depend on your banking institution or card provider. It typically takes about 2 to 5 business days from the date the refund was submitted.
